What is the AAID Virtual Experience? Our virtual experience is a fully online event, with real-time interaction and opportunities for education far beyond a simple webinar. Through the AAID Virtual Experience, you will enjoy:
Relevant and cutting-edge content
Education on your schedule
Solutions in the Virtual Expo
Access to sessions for 12 months
Why is AAID hosting their event virtually? Safety was our main concern when moving to our virtual environment. The AAID brought this event online because of restrictions on large gatherings due the COVID-19 pandemic and concerns for attendee travel to Atlanta.
When will the AAID Virtual Experience take place? The event is over the same days as our original in-person event. Wednesday, November 11 to Saturday, November 14, 2020. On-demand content and the Virtual Expo will be accessible for 12 months following the event.
What if my schedule does not allow me to join live online for those days? Registration for the AAID Virtual Experience includes all-access to any sessions after the event. Live stream sessions will be posted to the website as on-demand sessions within one week after the event.
How do I register for the AAID Virtual Experience? Click here to access our registration page.
Do I need to register separately for lectures or sessions? All live stream sessions and on-demand content are available to all registered attendees. Team registrants have access to specialized team programming. On-demand content is available for 12 months following the event.
How many CE credits are available during the Virtual Experience? Final CE credits available will be updated as the program is finalized. Please note that dates, times and program content is subject to change.
Will the Virtual Experience be the same program as the in-person Annual Conference? While we could not transition all sessions to the virtual platform – especially our popular hands-on workshops – we are committed to offering a wide range of high-quality seminars and lectures. Click here to view our full schedule.
When will I have access to the virtual event platform? All registrants will receive an email from AAID when the platform is available prior to the start date of Nov. 11.
How do I log in to the virtual event platform? Registrants will use their last name and their badge ID (provided on your registration confirmation letter) to log in to the platform. You are encouraged to log in well before the start of the event to build your attendee profile and familiarize yourself with the platform. More details about platform access will be sent in late October to registered attendees.
Will there be an exhibit hall at the meeting? While we may not be in Atlanta, you still can connect with your vendors to experience the latest innovations. Spend time in the virtual expo to engage in public and private chats with exhibitors “in their booth”, download materials, explore products and more.
