This presentation will demonstrate the role of allograft bone within the surgical grafting procedures done in the "NIRISAB" concept. Different procedures performed by presenter Dr. Hilt Tatum, Jose Pedroza, David Resnick, Bernee Dunson, and Albert Blaesius will be shown. Most will show the utilization of remote incisions.The histological results with irradiated allograft bone meet and exceed those possible with autogenous bone. The benefit of and techniques for the creation of stable gingiva around implants will be demonstrated with the restorative treatment.
