Over the course of my career I have primarily focused comprehensive patient care with a focus on surgical and prosthodontic implant rehabilitation. I enjoy mentoring our colleagues who seek further education in surgical and restorative areas of implant dentistry through various study clubs and educational programs.I am also a member of the sedation committe at the College of Dental Surgeons of BC.
Prior to dentistry, in 1989, I received my Master of Science in Electronics Engineering from NorthEastern University in Boston and worked as an engineer in the high-tech industry for a few years. From the 1990s to 2009, I flew commercial helicopters on various roles from mining support in the Northwest Territories of Canada to Air Ambulance Medevac helicopter missions in my home Province, British Columbia. Currently I am a volunteer crew for the RCMSAR marine search and rescue.
