The key to growing a successful implant practice depends on many criteria, but practices must have the following three main factors in place: a genuine commitment to help the patients get the best care possible; strategies to implement the right operating systems in the practice; and a marketing strategy that communicates the uniqueness and the specialty of the implant practice. Since we are in the business of helping patients, we must also keep our bottom line in mind in order to continue helping people. The role of the business team is critical in helping the practice achieve success. From receiving the patient's first phone call, to setting the tone and culture of the practice, meeting the patient in person and helping the patient commit to treatment, the business team is the pivotal role in the practice's success. This presentation outlines these three main strategies while focusing specifically on the role of the business team.
